ADRIQLAB
Now in pilot · Mediation & ADR Training

The AI-driven mediation training lab.

ADRIQLAB pairs you with AI-driven disputing parties for live practice sessions. Adjustable difficulty, in-session coaching, and an immediate professional scorecard — no scheduling, no waiting.

The problem

Real competence requires real repetitions.

Traditional mediation training gives students demonstrations, case studies, and supervised clinic hours — but opportunities for independent, structured practice are scarce. When sessions do happen, feedback is often delayed, subjective, and disconnected from the moment of the move.

ADRIQLAB was built for the gaps between clinic hours: a practice environment that tracks momentum, reads party temperature, and tells you — immediately — what worked and what to adjust.

How it works

Three steps. One session.

  1. Set the scenario

Choose a dispute category — workplace, commercial, family, or community. Set the difficulty and toggle behavioral modifiers: emotional escalation, intransigence, complexity, or curveball reveals. The AI generates a realistic case file.

  2. Run the session

Both parties respond dynamically to your moves in real time. Open the coaching panel mid-session for a temperature read, a next-move suggestion, or a technique prompt — or work through it unassisted.

  3. Review the scorecard

The session ends with an immediate, structured debrief: a momentum arc, professional competency scores, what worked, and what to change before your next session.

Who it's for

Built for programs and practitioners.

  • Law school clinical programs

Build structured practice hours into your curriculum without the scheduling overhead of supervised sessions. Students practice on their own time and arrive at clinic better prepared.

  • University ADR and conflict resolution programs

Give students meaningful repetitions between supervised sessions — practice that is tracked, scored, and available whenever they need it.

  • ADR training and certification providers

Supplement your certification workshops with on-demand simulation so participants reach supervised stages with more reps under their belt.

  • Individual practitioners

Sharpen specific skills, stress-test new approaches before a high-stakes session, or rebuild your practice after time away from mediation work.

What's included

Everything in one place.

  • Live simulator

AI plays both disputing parties with configurable behavior and difficulty levels. Parties respond to your moves in real time and escalate or soften based on how the session unfolds.

  • Scenario library

Workplace, commercial, family, community, and multi-party dispute types. Each session generates a unique case file so no two sessions are alike.

  • In-session coaching panel

On-demand guidance during the session: next-move suggestions, temperature reads on both parties, and targeted technique prompts — available without interrupting the flow.

  • Professional scorecard

Structured, immediate feedback after every session — scored against professional mediation competencies with a momentum arc and specific observations on what worked.

  • Institutional dashboard

Seat management, usage monitoring, and licence tracking for programs. Visibility into cohort activity without compromising individual session privacy.
